By accessing this website or using the LMain RMM platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
LMain provides a cloud-based remote monitoring, management and B2B CRM platform for IT operations. Features and limits depend on the plan selected by your organization. We may update the Service to improve performance, security or usability; material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the security of credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed according to the ordering document and the pricing published on our website at the time of order. Fees are stated in USD and exclusive of taxes unless noted. Overages (such as exceeding included automation runs) are invoiced per the published rates. Late payments may incur reasonable interest as permitted by law.
We may offer scheduled demos or structured pilot programs. Access granted under these arrangements is provided "as is" and may be revoked at any time. Production use remains subject to a signed subscription agreement.
"Customer Data" means information your organization submits to or generates in the Service. You retain all rights in Customer Data. You grant LMain the limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing addendum.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business and technical information with at least reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these Terms.
LMain and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. Feedback you provide may be used by LMain without restriction or obligation.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, SSO or ticketing providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. LMain is not responsible for third-party services.
We warrant that we will provide the Service in a professional manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a signed subscription agreement, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and LMain disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising out of or related to these Terms. Each party's aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid or payable by your organization for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You will defend and indemnify LMain against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms, subject to LMain's prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or material breach. Either party may terminate as stated in the subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it will be deleted according to our retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there, except that either party may seek equitable relief in any competent court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid subscriptions will take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise required by law.
