We started LMain because we spent years running managed services ourselves — and we were tired of paying enterprise prices for tools that still made our team reinvent the basics.

Our story

From a Wyoming NOC to a nationwide platform.

LMain was founded in 2021 in Rawlins, Wyoming, by a small team of engineers who had each run IT operations at MSPs or internal IT departments. The first version of LMain was an internal tool — a single pane of glass we built because the market didn't have one.

After a few early customers asked to license it, we turned LMain into a standalone product. Today we serve IT teams across the United States — from three-person managed service shops to multi-site internal IT operations — with a platform that stays deliberately focused on the things operators care about.
